QDG-2-1Anchor drill rig is based on QDG-2 Model drill rig which equipped with all-hydraulic power head, and added step-travel steering device. It can accomplish horizontal moving and steering. Used in foundation engineering and performs anchor, dry powder, dust slurry construction, various kinds of engineering exploration holes, mini-pile drilling and spiral drilling, DTH-hammer drilling, scraping cutter drilling.
Employ all-hydraulic power head transmission, with high mechanization and drilling efficiency, reduced manpower.
The drilling angle can reach 120¡ã (Upward 20¡ã and forward 10¡ã).
Fixed four hydraulic supporting-legs and two traveling cylinder. The whole machine can performs horizontal moving and steering.
As adopting all-hydraulic power head, changing its speed, raising and dropping tower, adjusting the drilling angle, calibrating the hole's position, all above can be completed by hydraulic device. Easy operation, saving auxiliary time, high drilling efficiency and lower manpower.
